Thank you to all those pupils who had taken part and also we are grateful to the teacher Mr Ngan for doing a wonderful job in teaching and tutoring the pupils. |

UK Chinese Schools Headteachers' Forum 2008 |
|
Harlow Chinese School hosted the first UK Chinese Schools Headteachers' Forum on the 9th of August. Headteachers from about ten schools around the country attended the forum to discuss management issues such as funding, school buildings and teacher training. The Forum enabled Headteachers to meet and share or exchange their experiences, skills and resources. Organising and planning for the future of Chinese Schools in the UK would also be a valuable aspect of the Forum.

Harlow Chinese School has managed to raise a small sum of money to help the survivors of the earthquake in Sichuan province in China. All the money raised has been donated to the Red Cross Society of China.
The school would like to thank all those generous parents donating money to the school and also a special thanks to all those people engaged in the fund raising activity.
The school will announce plans for long term aid to the survivors of the earthquake in the near future. |
